About Us

Welcome to our website! I’m Matt Crowder, the founder of this laser scanning business. Our journey began during the COVID lockdown of 2020, a time that challenged many of us to rethink our careers and explore new opportunities.

Initially, I was immersed in the world of commercial photography and virtual tours. The pandemic, however, forced me to pivot and look for alternative paths. One day, I found myself captivated by the technology behind one of the virtual tour cameras I used, a device capable of stitching together tours in real time without my input. This curiosity led me to discover LiDAR technology and its impressive potential, particularly in the architectural industry.

As a photographer, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for architecture. The more I learned about LiDAR and its applications, the more excited I became about its ability to assist architects. It was clear that while some architects were aware of this technology, many were not. I saw a unique opportunity to create value in an industry I greatly respected.

Driven by this newfound passion, I quickly taught myself everything I could about laser scanning buildings and converting the data into precise Revit and CAD models. With a leap of faith and a firm belief in the potential of this technology, I financed my first commercial laser scanner.

Over the next few years, our business grew rapidly. Our focus on educating clients about the benefits of laser scanning and consistently delivering high-value services has been key to our success. Today, we continue to help architects and other professionals harness the power of LiDAR technology, providing them with accurate and reliable 3D models and drawings.

Thank you for visiting our website. We look forward to working with you and demonstrating how our expertise can add value to your projects.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Our LiDAR system collects millions of laser points per second, including those that reach the ground beneath tree canopy or brush.

With proper ground control, our data routinely achieves sub-inch vertical accuracy.

We provide outputs in standard formats like LAS, TIFF, SHP, DXF, DWG, RVT and more, depending on your needs.

For legal boundaries or elevation certificates, yes. But for design, planning, and topographic understanding, our LiDAR is often faster and more cost-effective.

Yes. We can capture and compare data over time to track grading progress, erosion, vegetation changes, and more.
